In January 2020, one of our clients with five hospitals had commissioned a project to implement Oracle Cloud as its ERP system.*  The project had been underway for nearly a year and was far behind schedule and over budget.

We were asked to provide a Program Director for the project who quickly reorganized the project governance and structure. A few months later, the client requested that we provide six key Oracle Cloud roles to support the ERP implementation. Our team has worked well with the healthcare organization and Oracle to manage the project toward a successful completion.
